Limited Workmanship Warranty

At Straw Hat Stucco & Stone, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We are proud to offer a One-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty on all stucco, EIFS, and stone veneer installations.

What’s Covered:

This warranty covers defects in workmanship that result in failure of the applied system within one (1) year from the date of completed installation. If such defects are identified and reported to us during this period, we will assess and repair the issue at no cost to the client.

What’s Not Covered:

Please note that this warranty does not cover:

• Hairline cracking, which is a normal and expected characteristic of stucco and EIFS systems due to building movement, weather, and curing processes. Even manufacturers acknowledge that hairline cracks may appear and are not considered a defect.

• Damage caused by structural movement, improper framing, moisture intrusion unrelated to our scope of work, impact damage, or modifications made after our installation.

• Repairs or alterations performed by others after our work is completed.

Additional Notes:

We use best-in-class materials and industry-standard installation techniques, but it’s important to understand that no exterior cladding system—stucco, EIFS, or stone—is immune to the natural effects of time, temperature swings, and seasonal expansion and contraction. Hairline cracks are cosmetic and typically do not impact the integrity of the system.
